Please be a good neighbour and make sure that rubbish is well wrapped up and any furniture or large items are left where they do not cause any obstruction etc.

It is really important that you clear your home and garden of any rubbish if you are moving out of your house. If the Association has to pay for removing items when you leave, we will recover the costs from you.
