Severe weather, with gale force winds, at the start of January 2012 has caused damage to a significant number of properties. Our maintenance staff and repairs contractor, the McDougall Group (TMG) are working to ensure that the damage is repaired as speedily as possible, health and safey considerations allowing. It may only be possible to contain damage until follow up work can be completed.

PHA Maintenance Staff have surveyed most areas and have specified repairs and TMG operatives will work over the weekend 7th/8th January 2012 to take care of as many storm damage repairs as possible.
