We have appointed surveyors to undertake a sample stock condition survey of our tenants’ homes. The surveys will consist of a 10% property type sample with those properties chosen receiving notification from the suryeor direct of the planned survey along with details on timescales etc. The surveyor will have identification along with a Paragon HA authorisation letter dated and signed.
